But Thai people hate changes, especially when it comes to apps that they’re already used to. Also, the new AI features may make them feel uneasy. We had to find a way to avoid negative reaction while reassuring customers that despite the changes, our promise to deliver excellence remains unchanged.Thai people love binging on online videos. So instead of a regular announcement, we decided to entertain them. FACE/OFF - a story about a boyfriend who struggles with his reality while his girlfriend keeps changing in looks. He eventually realises change can be awesome. The hilarious film eased users into the drastic updates of K PLUS. The film received 10 million views in 1 day, with 4 million new app downloads after launch. |
